Order

When you place an order on our e-shop, you will receive an automatic order confirmation e-mail. Please check in your spam or junk folder if you haven’t received it in your mailbox.

Production

All of products are handmade, only after the order has been confirmed. We aim for our delivery time to be a maximum of six weeks.

We do not stock all material/colour combinations. If this is the case for your order, the shipment might be delayed and we will contact you immediately via email.

Bespoke Production

For every product we offer in our e-shop, in addition to standard sizes, we can customise your order. In this case, after completing the order, you will be sent an email with instructions for measuring. Reply to this email with your measurements.

Shipment

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. All information about transport can be found here. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging.

Delivery

Please check your package as soon as you have received it. Check the integrity of the packaging and open it carefully, do not use sharp tools that could damage the contents of the package.

Remove the product from the package and inspect the item to make sure it is not damaged and that it is correct according to your order.

First Use

When trying a latex mask on for the first time, remove any make-up and perfume. Use the palm of your hand to help the mask fit properly on your face.Do not use any oil-based products to put your mask on.

If you have purchased a latex mask, NEVER pull on the eye and mouth openings to move the mask over your face. There is a risk of tearing holes.

If you find any manufacturing defects (very rare) or the garment is the wrong size, please do not use it and contact us at info@mybeerubber.com
